Is there somewhere for customers to wait?
Yes. Customers may wait in our lobby, masks are optional for those who have been vaccinated. We have seating available. We ask that all customers abide by the social distancing guidelines and keep at least 6ft between themselves and others. If you do not have a mask and would like one we have them available or we have benches outside the lobby that you may wait at.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You may obtain gift cards from the cashier kiosk outside. Check out our gift cards here . Gift cards are only available for purchase during business hours at our wash. Gift cards cannot be bought online. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and balances cannot be converted to cash to be used as tip.
How long does it take to have my car cleaned?
Unfortunately a lot of factors play in to your wait time at the wash. We appreciate your patience and ask that you ensure you have time in your schedule to visit our wash. We work hard to get complete your vehicle as quickly and efficiently as possible. When we are low on staff this will make our wait times longer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How does tipping my detailer work?
If you wish to tip your detailer they are allowed to accept and appreciate the tips very much for the hard work they do. We do not have a 'tip jar'. If you would like to tip your detailer you may do so when they return your car keys before you leave. Unfortunately we do not allow tips on the credit cards.
Do you have an ATM or offer Cash back?
No we do not.
Do you accept Apple/Google/Mobile payment?
At this time we do not accept Apple/Google/Mobile payment.
Do you offer a monthly or yearly car wash plan?
When is the best time to visit, you know; when it it isn't so busy?
How busy we are changes minute to minute, day to day and week by week. We work hard to get complete your vehicle as quickly and efficiently as possible and appreciate your patience. We ask that you ensure you have time in your schedule to visit our wash.
Can I drop my car off to avoid the line and pay and pick it up later?
No. You must wait through the line with your vehicle. We prefer you to be available upon completion of your vehicle to ensure your satisfaction. Once you have waited in line and have paid when it is your turn if you wish to leave the car lot make sure to leave a working telephone number with the cashier so may be able to reach you.
